Over the past week, there were four listings (of improved properties) with price reductions in the Santa Ynez Valley MLS. These are:
1. 1446 Edison Street, Santa Ynez, a 5-acre property reduced from $1,000,000 to $850,000.
2. 180 Rancho Alisal Dr, Solvang, a 1-acre Alisal Ranch property reduced from $584,500 to $477,000.
3. 645 Chalk Hill, Solvang, a 1/4 acre property reduced from $437,000 to $427,000.
4. 2450 Latigo Drive, Los Olivos, a 19 acre property reduced from $2,395,000 to $2,295,000.
