Hitting MLS Next Week: Solvang Townhome with Horse Potential (Your read that right!)

Sotheby’s International Realty in Los Olivos (my office) is taking a unique listing, which will come live in the MLS on Monday. We refer to these unique properties as “Stadium Condos”, which are 12 townhomes in three buildings quite near the SYV High School. Technically speaking these are not condos, rather they are PUDs.
