The Number One Desire or “Must Have” Among Santa Ynez Buyers is a Great Kitchen

I understand this completely as a real foodie. With the Santa Ynez Valley culture being so focused on wine & food, this is no surprise. One of the most common ways to spend a weekend evening here is in a relaxed great dinner party, often involving both indoor and outdoor kitchens. I have reviewed the currently listed properties and selected 12 with great kitchens. There are certainly more, but these have a special appeal for me.

Since the cost of building out a great chef’s kitchen can reach stratospheric levels, you can expect that most dream kitchens will be in luxury properties. Most are.
