The number of price reductions this past week is somewhat lower than it has been, probably reflecting more Seller optimism with the increasing number of sales and property showings. That being said, the average price reduction this week was 6%, which is substantial.
Here are the details:
771 Fredensborg Canyon, Solvang reduced 5% to $569,900. The reduction from the original listing price is nearly 10%.
2765 Grand Avenue, Los Olivos reduced 5.4% to $525,000. The reduction from the original listing price is approximately 15%.
2695 Long Canyon Rd, Santa Ynez reduced 3.5% to $1,395,000. The reduction from the original listing price is approximately 12.5%
2395 Janin Place, Solvang had first reduction of approximately 2% to $929,000.
2121 Hwy 154, Santa Ynez was reduced over 9% to $3,900,000. The reduction from the original listing price is approximately 13.3%
5574 Baseline Ave, Santa Ynez was reduced over 4% to $2,149,500. The reduction from the original listing price is approximately 6.4%
