I have been alerted that Sotheby’s International Realty, Los Olivos will be listing an exceptional 5 acre estate shortly. The estate is located in a small, luxury gated community, close to town yet offering big views and a rural feel. The best of all possible worlds.

The home was built by Mark Hemming, one of the most respected contractors between Montecito and the Santa Ynez Valley. As with all of Hemming’s homes, this one looks refined and feels solid. Early pricing indications are in the $1.8-$1.9 million range, however this remains to be seen.
